Crafts for Kids in Under Two Minutes

Kids Crafts

In Under Two Minutes

Today I decided to have a look in the craft cupboard and come up with a craft for kids that could be completed in under two minutes....and hey presto we have a simple craft idea the Bunny Sipper. It’s simple to make, colourful but most of all it’s fun.

You will need:

Three sheets of coloured craft foam
Scissors
Marker Pen
Double sided sticky tape
A printed copy of the Bunny Sipper Template
A drinking straw

To Make:

Print out the bunny sipper template and attach it to the foam (you can use staples or paperclips here to keep it still) draw round the shapes and cut them out using the scissors.

You’ll be left with nine bunny pieces to create the sipper:

A nose
A snout
A tongue
Six whiskers
Use the marker pen to draw on the detail.

Cut two strips of double sided sticky tape and attach these to the back of the nose and tongue.  Then cut 6 small square pieces and attach these to the front of the snout where the spots are so you can attach the six whiskers.

Assemble

Once you have attached the double sided sticky tape take the nose and attach it to the front of the snout.  Turn the snout over and attach the tongue to the back of the snout. Turn the snout back over and attach the six whiskers to the spots on the snout.

Your Bunny Sipper is nearly complete.  All you need to do now is push a sharp pencil through the sipper (where indicated on the template) and attach the straw

Yay J

You now have a complete Bunny Sipper for the kids to enjoy and you managed it in under two minutes.

I have completed a short tutorial to help you make this @ kidscanbecrafty:

Hope you enjoy
